Waited over 1 hr to get thru for pharmacy then hung up. This really is unbelievable. Please hire more help for this store. The few people on staff can not handle the work load. The store is losing customer. You can't expect 3 people to run a store this size and location. Terrible.

This is the worst pharmacy. Scheduled vaccines on their website at an available time. waited an hour with two kids before being called back and they had only prepared one vaccine not both that I registered for. When I pointed that out to the pharmacist he told me I would have a significant wait again and just come back another time because they are busy.

Waited 4 hrs and 4 drive around at drivethru for a child's medication. They kept telling me they didn't get it. I called cvs and they faxed overI had RX faxed over from cvs across the street. The pharmacist asked if u could come in to give my insurance info. Are you kidding me a 10 month and a 2 yr old with rsv. I thought that's why they have drive thru. The blonde pharmacist didn't know I saw her wave her hand at me like I'm done with her. I'm sorry it's now 7:15 and the children are going to bed!!! Maybe They should have said go around d again and get back on line. I will NEVER EVER step foot in this heartless establishment. Oh and I'll make sure I pass it all along. So Blonde I'm throwing my hand at you. Customers come first. Especially if your worried about 2 infants!!!! If I could give them a minus 10 I would!

I feel very sorry that other Yelp users experienced problems with this business's prescription medications and passport photos. My review is based only on my experience as a customer of the store. I did not fill any prescriptions or use the photo center.As you already know, Walgreens is a chain store that has a pharmacy, retail store, and some other services. This location in Youngstown is supposed to be open 24 hours. I visited on a Monday evening. The store looked to be clean, safe, and well-stocked with products. I bought several snacks and drinks. The cashier greeted me, carefully bagged my products, and told me to have a great night. Some of the prices were reasonable, and other prices were high. I feel thankful that I bought what I needed and that the service was very good.

If it were possible for me to leave a negative review I would!!! I have had this experience several times, and I try to be patient and understanding.... But arriving at Walgreens to pick up your prescriptions and they are closed at random times of the day with a sign stating g " pharmacy will close at 3:00 00 today. "It has happens and retail is difficult to get help these days , but these are pharmacists , people need their medications!!! Today was the last straw.... I arrive at 10:00AM to yet another sign :.. Pharmacy is closed and will remain open Monday. !!!!! It's only Saturday !!!!! Are you kidding me, I leave for vacation tomorrow and need my medication. How is it possible to close a facility where people need their medication !!!! I will never again use a Walgreens !!!! Truly poor customer service and the manager on duty had no compassion for the situation. Disgusted beyond believe !!!! Find a new pharmacy Walgreens on Market Street in Boardman, Ohio is a joke !!!

Passport photo that Walgreens took has been rejected by the USA Passport Agency for improper alignment. KEEP your receipt people. This will now delay my passport yet another month or two.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Literally tell me pick up my medication and then a different person tells me Im2 days eay. They can't count to 30 but work with drugs.Tgey also even know what generic medications are. I hafd actually tell them what it was so they could find it. ?
