I wanna preface this by saying i actually really love this store but the way i saw this elder manager treat their employee is absolutely absurd. I placed an online order and they were out of a brush i needed, this wonderful employee who was so kind let me know she couldnt find it which i was 100% ok with and told her it was fine that they could just refund it, she called the manager up who was an older brunette lady who was atrocious. She was incredibly rude and was yelling at the employee infront of me. The manager went to look for the brush to be a smart a$$ and low and behold DIDNT FIND IT. The employee was nothing but wonderful and its awful these women are treated this way by managers who think they know better!

The store was kinda hectic. I was hoping to get someone to help me on buying make up on what they thought would have looked nice on me but I tried my best and picked out stuff that I was familiar with and used before. But that was the whole point of me going there for someone to assist me. Seemed like there was only one employee there and when I did see her she just glared at me like I didn't belong or what not. Very unprofessional if you ask me. Never once asked me if I needed anything either. I think that will be the last time I go to that store anyways.
