Purchased a new swimming pool at the end of winter 2024. Was delivered on time and installed within two weeks of install date. I’m happy with the install and the ease of purchase. Will continue to purchase pool supplies and needed accessories .

Today my wife and my son stopped in to look at hot tubs. Mike greeted us as we had started looking around. He was not pushy just asked if we had any questions. And we did. He was extremely knowledgeable on the spas. He offered to help us with some package pricing and we ended up purchasing a new hot tub and a large patio umbrella. Our experience was professional and we felt no pressure and all our questions got answered. We are excited to get our new relaxation delivered. Thank you again Mike. Great escape with a great experience.

Had a 2 to 6 window for pool delivery now 730 called great escape in boardman they are clueless had no answers can't believe they would even use a delivery company like this maybe I'll call wellsfargo n let them know!

I bought patio furniture from here. One of the rocker chairs broke. I contacted them to see if warranty. They replaced the chair and even delivered it. Outstanding!! I will return to buy more stuff. Thank you so much for your help!

We were looking at hot tubs and no one came over to help us. 2 guys were walking around and a third was on his phone. We went to Burnett and got great service on our new purchase.

I had an older pool that was damaged in a severe wind storm. Greg was great to work with helping me through the entire situation with my insurance company, the new pool purchase/supplies needed, and the installation process.

Stopped by last minute for some shock and it was close to closing time. Two gentlemen were very friendly and helpful. I almost made the mistake of buying chlorine powder instead of shock and I'm glad they noticed. They were very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for good help and a nice store this is it for your pool or other misc outdoor stuff. The store was also very clean and smelled good. I highly recommend

After being told twice the installer would call me 3-5 days after delivery of my pool….it still sits in my garage with no update THREE weeks later. Once they get your payment they don’t care about you anymore. We haven’t had enough rain this summer to be that far behind!!
