We went here to pull ahead a leased vehicle as advertised on TV. Saleman called the financial person and we were sent across the street to a different building and lot to see him about the lease return program and buying out our lease. He never came out to help us. Everyone else was just busy eating lunches and walking around. Place was not busy at all. There was one other couple there getting a Terrain. I wanted a jeep wrangler that was advertised on their website, but it wasn't on site. Was told to drive 20 minutes to another dealership to see it. We had already driven 40 minutes to get to this dealership. Also wanted to upgrade my wife's Traverse to a newer one. So, we were in the market for buying 2 vehicles. The original salesmen was helpful showing us wranglers and Traverses online. But after that this experience was disappointing. Never got a lease pull ahead price or any deals on new vehicles.

Everyone there was welcoming to us and Chris Jevcak was very informative and patient. Even though it was his day off and we were his last customer of the day, we did not feel rushed or pressured by him at all. I highly recommend going to Cochran because of their wide selection of vehicles and knowledgeable dealers.

After a very long back and forth with my 2014 Chevy Impala LTZ transmission problems they got it together. I'm guessing confusion on both sides made it a longer process. A gentleman named Nick in financing help out tremendously and they even sent a transmission tech to my home to get things together. Redlich transmission said it needed a transmission and torque converter and only the torque converter was bad. Tried to get more money after already misquoting on the work done. $225 for a transmission flush never again. #1 Cochran thanx

Had a great experience at Sweeney! Tristan was the person who helped me and he was wonderful. Very patient and informative, he helped break down the differences of each car that fit my description and made sure all of my boxes were checked off by the end of my visit. We went with a 2021 Chevy Trax and the process was super streamlined.

I learned the last couple of years that I needed to stop shopping for cars and turn my attention to shopping for an honest dealer. Sweeney was the honest dealer I wanted to find. Made the deal over the phone and by email. Told them I wanted a clean deal with no up sells and price & terms as agreed when its time to come and pickup. Everything went perfect. My salesman Ray Ludt was great with communication and accommodated my distrust in their process. The process was just as I wanted and Ray made it happen. Sweeney earned my faith and business in the future.
