I have never been so grateful to a dealership in all my life. I am a cross country truck driver and my truck needed repaired, as I already had a load, and was supposed to be taking it cross country. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone seemed to genuinely care about my circumstance. They were able to diagnose my vehicle and order parts same day! By the next day, they had my truck fixed and had me back on the road. On top of all this, they didn't try to eye gouge me like some dealers would, knowing my predicament; but their price was also incredibly reasonable and the work was done well.
I would recommend #1 Cochran Buick GMC of Youngstown to everyone.

Bobby was great he moved things around so my car was fixed right away instead of waiting another week or two for a part to come in. He got it fixed the next day and I had my car back within a couple hours. They even detailed it for me ?

This was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have ever had. I arrived a few hours before closing and Missy Corbett stepped up to assist me. It has been many years since I shopped for any other vehicle other than Mercedes and I just wanted to see the different GM models that were available. Missy let me test drive a few that I was interested in and she went way above board to find me a car with all the features plus the color, size, and price that I wanted. I am totally satisfied with my new shiny Envista and recommend salesperson Missy at Cochran Boardman Ohio without reservation.

Great experience buying a car. Everyone was helpful and I didn’t get the “.used car salesman” vibe, which was good in itself. I’d recommend anyone to check out Sweeney when looking for a car…(08/20/24 update: was Sweeney, now #1Cochran. Seems like the only thing that changed was the name. I still recommend them)

Worked with great people. Ray Ludt was professional, helpful, friendly, and no pressure sale. I was instructed on the amenities on my car and given information about servicing. It was a pleasure doing business at Cochran.
