Some of the employees have horrible attitudes towards certain customers. Whereas like one guy is nice towards everyone that comes in.
Prices are decent for a gas station..
I would avoid the ATM they have on site though, an extra $20 fee was taken from my account ontop of the $2.50 charge.

The guys that work here are very nice, known the one since a good 9 years. Never had an issue with the gas quality. The only complaint is the ATM took a $20 fee ontop of the $2.50 fee that is required when doing a transaction, pretty annoyed at that as I'm a single mom of 3 and every dollar counts for us.

I never get gas here so on the bright side of things, atleast I don’t have to worry about what others are referring to in the other reviews. I’m assuming they get a lot of people who steal or the cashier working was just a creep but he gave me very uncomfortable eye contact the whole time I was looking for something I wanted... just starring me down... and then he walked to me, and watched me shop up close but said nothing... for how close he got I thought he was going to ask me “can I help you find anything” or something to that extent but he just stood there and watched me.... I was just looking for pickle chips, haha, but all I found was salt and vinegar so I grabbed those and some drinks and that was that. Then when I walked up to the cash register, he was very cold and quiet the whole time, and stuck a piece of gum from his mouth under the counter. Just very odd behavior and it creeped me out... I just woke up like an hour ago, too tired for this kind of weirdness already... I hope the rest of my day isn’t like this.

I went to shell gas station on market street by the hospital and accidentally left my wallet in the bathroom with over $650 cash inside. I went there & found it in the bathroom behind the trash can, but all my cash was missing. The manager let me look at the cameras. The employee that was working the night before told us he cleaned the bathroom around 830. We watched for who went into the bathroom after me. The footage was creeping up to 830 & nobody went into the bathroom yet. Right before I was about to see who took my money, the manager freaked out and stopped the cameras. He obviously got nervous it was his employee & I asked why he was stopping it & he said that I needed to go to the police station. I did. After I left I called and they wouldn't answer MY number, so I called from a friends and they answered. I asked who he saw on the camera & they wouldn't tell me anything. Something is sketchy, but if you shell people see this, I just want my money and it will be the end of this. I don't even care who did it.

DO NOT BUY GAS FROM HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I pumped 18 gallons here and 16 of it was WATER. I had to have my vehicle towed to the dealership, fuel tank dropped and drained, and fuel lines cleaned. My vehicle was under warranty and this was NOT covered. DO NOT BUY GAS FROM THIS PLACE. AVOID (management sucked too, they were no help whatsoever). Go to a different shell location
