Employee needs attitude adjustment rude to customer 3:45pm today

There is absolutely 100%, a difference in how white people are treated, compared to black people. This may not be the case with all employees, but a few that are there in the early morning (around 4:45 A.M.) are rude and make no effort to suppress it. At first, I thought maybe it was just a bad day for the employee. I see the same people in there, every time I've stopped (people that are going to work etc.) the cashier treats me different than the black gentleman that's in there every time I am. I will NEVER stop at this gas station again. My family and friends won't, either. I'm writing this to document it. I know y'all won't do anything about it.

Do not trust any sales advertised price. If it doesn't ring up as advertised, there's nothing they "can" do about it. They "aren't allowed" to change the prices, even if it is wrong. You have to come in while the manager's there (he leaves at 2 M-F) to get a refund.

I purchased a pack of cigarettes here, and had a smoke in the designated area, where Shell has the astray, etc. The rude, unprofessional, "manager" told me I couldn't be there. He said he would call the police. I did nothing wrong. I recorded him saying to a legal customer that they were "creepy", therefore must leave. Authority is not proper, when given to those that cannot respectfully hold it.

It's a good gas station and have gas for reasonable price and definitely be going back.

Normally a clean, safe feeling place .. past few weeks I've noticed new workers not wearing masks.... going else where from now on

I frequently go to this gas station not only for gas but also for beer and other cold beverages, they have great coffee, large stock of both hot and cold snacks as well as something traditional like chips and candy bars, they sell lottery tickets as well. They also have an ATM inside of the store.

They just posted a notice that a mask must be worn inside which is no problem. But if you want your customers to wear a mask your managers should also wear a mask.
