Watched them just leave my food sitting there on the counter. Everything is cold, and the guy that finished my sandwich leaned over it and his shirt was touching it. Gross and inconsiderate.

Worst gas station there is in boardman they are more worried about the food part and not taking care of the 8 people in line waited 10mins the cashier said I will get to you whenever I can after around 8 mins or so

The worker in there tonight was very quick to help me with an issue with the order kiosk and made my milkshake and told me it was made with love. Made my night 10000 times better.

Hi, me and my friends (5 people) went to this Sheetz after seeing inside out 2. It was around 11pm. We walk in, me and one of my friends went to the restroom while the other 3 walked around by the drinks. My friend and I left the restroom and walked over to the slushy and drink machines. The security guard had said something to us, but it was so quiet we could barely hear, so we looked confused. Then he said “I told you to stop blocking the isle.” Which we understood and tried to stay out of the isle ways. I had gone to grab a drink, and was going to get food but there were people crowing the kiosks. So I paused to turn to my friend, and said “oh we can’t yet because there’s people”. The security guard turned to me and said something extremely quiet again, so we looked very confused. He said “oh cmon don’t look at me like that, if you stand in the isle ways again, I will call the cops, understand?”. What. We weren’t doing anything wrong, and we hadn’t even been there for 5 minutes. We ended up leaving after I paid for my drink at the counter. We were very confused as we wanted to grab something to eat and couldn’t because of the security guard. I’m not sure if he thought we were going to steal but it was very strange either way. He didn’t speak up either, so he probably got mad at how confused we looked. Our group goes to Sheetz a lot, but we grab drinks, order food, and leave. We have done nothing wrong that would make that guy act that way. Me and my friends did have colored eye makeup, to match the emotions in inside out 2, so maybe he thought we were crazy? I’m not sure. Overall very weird experience and we definitely won’t forget it.

How do you have people waitin 45 mins a still manage to give out cold and old cheese sticks a fries?? I mean how stupid can they be?? I literally watched them fry French fries a cheese sticks a let them sit in the bins for 45 mins! While they passed out orders like come on man I’m glad they don’t get tips because they don’t deserve it. I’ll never come back to this sheets I’ll drive 45 mins away before I come back to boardman sheets they need to just only sell gas because none of the employees care about food service! I love fries more than anything I drive home eatin cold food I’m beyond upset NEVER AGAIN! Let my review be your light! Do not go there Least not for FOOD!!!!!

Don't waist your time or money going here. I have received the wrong order twice in a row now. Orders can take up too half an hour. I just ordered 12 wings, but when I got home and opened my bag I only found six. I just paid $14 and only got half my order! This sheetz is a joke!

Worst sheetz in existence. It's like no one actually works here unless they're making food. You get ignored if you go to the check out counter. Never coming back to this one. Its ridiculous.

Ghetto, dangerous, dirty, rude. Thought I was in warren from the looks of it. Larger manager man white rude as can be looks like he hates his life, sloppy makes the food nasty, wait in the drive thru for 5000 hours to get a bag of cold food or wrong food items. Came inside to pay for gas stood up at register for about 6 minutes until finally acknowledged by a lazy worker. Worst sheetz in the boardman area.

This sheetz is absolutely ghetto. From the customer service, to the people that hang out and cause problems, to the fact that almost every time I stop to get gas I have people coming up asking for $. This is in Boardman not the middle of Youngstown. The employees seem to all hate their life. It’s awful. Definitely 0/10!
