I scheduled my car using their website, easy to do it and they also responded quickly. Once I got there, I didn’t have to wait, they started to work on my car immediately after my check in. They fixed the problem within minutes, they were precise, professional and fair. Very helpful people

I don't know where to begin. It is extremely hard finding a shop that knows how to correctly fix an older car. I have a 1976 Cadillac. It took me almost two years to find this place. I'm glad I was referred here. I only heard about how good they were. Now that they worked on the Caddy, I know they are the only place I'll take it to. It needed a LOT of work mechanically. They took care of it and they are still helping me in getting the rest of it completed. They are professional and really care about getting it done right. The Caddy starts on the first try. I don't have to summon my ancestors or cross my fingers to start it. I can't thank everyone there enough for their hard work. They actually listened to my concerns and didn't treat me like "just another customer". Thank you so so much!!!!

Searched around looking for lift installation. These guys got my lift done for me. Always stayed in touch to make sure I was okay with what they needed to do. Good group of guys

Sampson always comes through for me.
They get me back on the road quickly and reasonably. Sometimes they'll do a temporary fix to see me through til payday. They always take time discussing things with me
I see no reason to go anywhere else, ever.
I trust them, they keep you safe.

The exceptionally friendly team at Sampson has consistently worked with me to repair or replace only what’s needed with my vehicle. Their prices are fair and the outcomes have always met my expectations.

Went in for some aftermarket work to my 24’ mustang GT. They worked with me scheduling wise for over 2 months while I was waiting for parts to come in. Took great care of my car when I dropped it off and did great work installing everything. Cars running smooth after the install and haven’t had any issues. Great team of guys up there, knowledgeable staff, and understand the wants of the customer. Look forward to going back for future aftermarket work.
