Long, long wait time……Website states 9-10 business days lead time and then shipping. After 15 business days I was finally contracted that they had a question about the order( only after I asked them to cancel my order) and promised to get it in production the next day and out for shipping that was on June 26th. Still do not have the product or any information that the order has shipped. Another week and a half later. Warning if you want something from this business make sure you order way in advanced like months in advanced. Will never do business with this company again. Poor customer service….

The operator of this business (and all their businesses) has displayed unethical behaviour towards our team (and to me). I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by what has transpired. What’s more troubling and disheartening is that some of the people involved were from countries with little to no money, and by what we have been put through has meant that their livelihoods have been affected, as have mine. I contacted the owner of this business several times to discuss and address our and their concerns after we have made an agreement between us, only to be left without response, and a hefty bill to pay (even after we made an agreement to resolve the concerns). This is, sadly, very disappointing and extremely unethical. While I can accept there were a few break downs of communication during our time together, I cannot accept what we have been put through, especially the behaviour, and the financial impact to my team in Asia. I can only hope that we can learn from this experience and treat people with respect and kindness. I am aware that this message may seem unfair to post for some of you reading this, however, I am posting this because I wouldn’t want anyone to go through what we have.

Always the best customer service, has made multiple items for me! Super fast turnaround time for customized items. I wouldn’t go any where else. My daughter wanted a very specific birthday shirt and they were able to give her exactly what she wanted. I can’t wait to order my youngest daughters birthday shirt! Thank you for everything!

If I could leave a ZERO, I would!! I ordered Easter baskets for my 6 year old twin grandsons on the 19th of February and learned today (18 days later),after I called them, that they weren't in stock!!

Received clothes dirty/wrinkled. Hat was not embroidered with name as requested. I emailed them about the hat and never heard back. Super bummed as I really wanted to love this place.

The cutest little shop so reasonable for the quality. I love that we have a local place I can stop in and order custom birthday/holiday shirts for my kids. And pick out all the details versus ordering online. We got our family Christmas jammies here and the quality is so cute and pricing was good. It’s a hidden gem for the area.

Needed some Christmas pajamas embroidered with my kids monograms for pictures. They had a great selection and had them ready for me next day. The quality was so nice.
