Worked with Ian Brooks and he was so helpful and kind. Spent the night with me (came in late due to work) and he never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. Truly kind and wonderful person! The finance team (Christina particularly) was beyond amazing and spent time going through everything with us. Great experience! Also, love my new SUV!

I just had a wonderful and hassle-free experience with Tyler and Colleen when purchasing my 2024 Atlas Cross Sport last week. They made everything very simple from start to finish. I think I was there a total of 35 mins signing paperwork. I can't say enough good things about the quality customer service I received.

I have never written a review on any business but felt an obligation to write one on Volkswagen of Boardman. I can not speak highly enough about the Sales and Service Team here. John, Estoban, and Bob in Sales, and Brady and Seth in Service went above and beyond to take care of an unfortunate situation when they didn't have an obligation to do so. This team is top notch and I would highly recommend them.

Keilan is wonderful to work with, and we felt taken care of at Preston. Not to mention, we got an amazing deal on our Atlas.
Update June 2024:
Had trouble with the Atlas we bought and Keilan worked a deal to get us out of the vehicle and into a brand new Atlas at our current payment. Very pleased and grateful Keilan and his team could make that happen!

I have been so happy with this service location. They were proactive in reaching out to me to schedule an appointment for a recall. At the same time, they also inquired about other appointments I may need. I felt very well attended to. When I went in for the appointment, they were knowledgeable about the repair, and efficient so that I was not waiting for a long period.

Terrible experience, they overcharge on everything.
I have my hood handle broken so I went there to replace my handle.
They first charged me $160 just to diagnosis the problem. Then gave a $800 dollars quote just to replace the wire and the latch saying that my wire is broken and needs to be replaced.
I went to a local repairshop where they just fixed the handle for $200 bucks including labour charge. They tried to charge me for something that is not necessary...
