I bought a black Atlas in the Preston Volkswagen car company in February 2020. Two weeks ago, I was able to wash the car's fuel cap after washing it for free at their car company. I was very confident of their staff. I didn’t see the car and went directly to work. The next day I found that the fuel cap of my car was flushed by them. I called them and asked if their staff had seen my fuel cap. The staff of the car company said that there was a fuel cap for the car. The paint was broken, I was very sad. I asked the company's person in charge of the maintenance department manager to say that the boss is not busy. He is busy with more than a dozen companies. The staff said that they can repaint us for two days, but they have not been repaired for three weeks. It's awful. The service attitude of the staff makes me sad. I hope that the person in charge of your company can give me an explanation after reading the information?

I have always had great experiences in the service department. They don’t try pushing you into any other service that you don’t need at that time. BUT, I decided to upgrade my car. I had a 2013 Tiguan and wanted an Atlas. Tyler in sales was amazing. He found exactly what I wanted and got the pricing to work in my budget. He went above and beyond. He was a pleasure working with and knows his cars!

I had a terrible experience when I took my new vx I for it's first oil change. I called ahead to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I specifically asked how much each of the services would cost. I was told by the service person I talked to that the tire rotation would cost $24.95 and that the oil change would be free because it was the first oil change for my car. I was also told they would take care of a recall item involving my headlights at no charge. I thought the amount for the tire rotation was high but scheduled the appointment because of the free oil change. When I appeared for the oil change and tire rotation I was told that there was no record that indicated I was entitled to a free oil change and that the cost for the oil change would cost $98.00. I was in a bind and went ahead with the service because of the amount of miles on the car and because I was already there and would meant I would have waisted more time to go elsewhere. To me it seemed like a bait and switch tactic. I will never go back there for service and based on the other reviews I have read here, and wish I had read earlier, this seems to be a policy and tactic they use. I like the vehicle but likely will not go back there when my current lease expires. Bob of Canfield

Helped my sister buy her first vehicle here. We saw a Certified Pre-Owned Jetta on the website that was listed for a very fair price. I called in and spoke to the Sales Consultant Bob Bezzaro. Affectionately referred to as "Uncle Robby" by his close friends as he told us. Anyway, from the first interaction he was more than helpful with every question we had, especially about the certification warranty and financing for a first time buyer like my sister. We scheduled an appointment, went to test drive the vehicle, and were soon on our way down the road. Awesome experience and my sister loves her new Jetta! Definitely ask for Bob when you stop in. You could tell he makes it his mission to spread joy in all aspects of the car buying process. Thanks Bob and thank you Preston VW!
