Got an palisade new in 2020. They lost our deposit check. Had to cancel and re-write check. Sales person told us wrong information about tags and we didn't need to go to BMV. 4 years later starting to look at something different. We have had the Hyundai loan paid off for more than 18 months and found out Hyundai still had lien on loan that was paid off! I call Hyundai finance and they told me it would be 3-5 days to clear up lien. I called this dealership 3 times and left 3 messages for the "manager" to see if they could help out with the lien. I never got a call back. If this dealership wants to reach out to me they have my number and info on the messages I left. Find it really rude that a call or message back was never returned. We never had a Hyundai before this and we never well buy one again. Reach out to me if you care but don't think you do.

I took my vehicle to have routine service. Simple oil change, rotate tires, top of fluids. After waiting 2-1/2 hours I finally asked how much longer? The response was, it’s on the rack, we just need to put oil in it. Ok! Then I watched as they drained oil, rotated tires and added new oil. Simple 30 minutes. When I have an appointment, I expect to get in & out. But when you tell me it’s almost done and you haven’t started yet, ugh! Don’t lie! I won’t go back for service.

Sincere and honest customer service! My sales representative, Robert, was easy to talk with, highlighted the differences between my previous lease and the new vehicle, and was patient. The finance team was also approachable and answered all of my questions upfront.

Dan D was my sales associate. Super nice guy that was helpful, honest and knowledgeable. Over the phone, many dealerships just try to get you in and waste your whole day throwing different numbers at you until you submit to buying a car out of exhaustion. Dan gave gave me a fair quote over the phone, I showed up and signed a few documents and drove away! Would recommend Dan for a hassle free car buying experience.

It was a fairly easy buying experience, I wasn’t sure if I could accomplish getting a new car. I wanted a 2024 Tucson, but the Salesman (David) let me know that a 2025 would work better ( I was leasing) because of the incentives. I’m enjoying my New Tucson.

If I could give zero stars I would my first time ever dealing with a dealership and honestly the worst mistake was coming here. Had the car for a month for the deal to fall down didn’t get told I would be with out a car picked another one and still without a car. Came up with another 1000 to put down in the matter of days and still got played. If you are a young women please take a man because they will play in your face giving you the running around. The inconvenience this place has caused me and time wasted is unmatched.
