If you go in you will get good service, if you're trying to get a hold of some on the phone you won't get service.Went in early to get a pre approval for a car loan.PNC needed to verify it was me so had to wait for them to call. Wait time was said to be between 1-2 hours.Headed to the dealership to get the ball rolling. Pnc loan people call me and ask a few identifing questions, approve my loan and I get an email stating such.I missed a call from the banker I had spoken with earlier that morning, tried to call back. Wanted to know the interest rate for the loan so I could see if the dealer would match it.Called this location a dozen times! Emailed the lady!No one in a span of two hours answered the phone, nor did I get a reply to my email till after I had settled with the rate that the dealer was offering, which ended up being higher than pnc's offer.Thanks for nothing PNC! Total waste of my time even bothering with this bank! I have been a customer of PNC for 10 years and when I needed them most, they couldn't bother to answer the phone! ???????Now I'm stuck at a higher interest rate ?My advise, if you're looking to get a pre approval for a loan go some where they actually answer the phones so you can talk to someone when you need to.

I have always had a very friendly and helpful experience with all tellers and bankers at this branch! Today, I was lucky enough to work with banker Sandi, and she was SO friendly, insightful, knowledgeable, and patient!

Either customers are making it harder for other at the drive thru or shortage of bank staff!!!Everything I attend drive thru it takes 15 minutes or 39 minutes wait!!It is the banks manager fault in my opinion!!!Why?If a client comes to the drive thru with huge issues it is good for the teller to remind that client to come in!!!If it is nothing but short staff then get more people or open another booth for drive thru.My experience stinks

Terrible service, they take money from your account without u knowing and won’t tell you why, rude consonants just show they don’t care about any issue u have PNC is a good bank but this branch just sucks and I will never deal with them again

Excellent customer service!! Both Jim and Angela were fantastic in helping me with a check order mishap, all the while keeping my account information exceptionally secure. Jim was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. Couldn't have been more pleased.
