I called to speak with someone. The line rang and rang and rand but no one ever answered at 11:35am on a Monday. Don't put your money in this bank. They don't care about you at all. They wont even answer when you call.

This is the first time here in 20 years becuase I've been in a nursing home and had family would go for me. Well today
I went in and it changed a little but looked nice. The Manager helped me in and out of the door.
The teller was fast and nice and everything was great. I'm glad for them being helping me.

PNC has become the worst bank to deal with! I called, because suddenly you need an appointment with a banker just to get a new debit card, they never answer the phone. If they happen to, you're placed on a 10 minute hold to see if the banker has an open appointment for you. And their security sucks! I've had to replace me debit card 2x in the last year because of fraud. They've become awful! We'll be moving on from them.

Called several times.. left ring for over 5 minutes.. . No Answer.! .. in an attempt to ask a representative if there would be someone available to get a certified check.. once going there and asking about them not getting phone calls.. and shown that calling gets one no where.. they had no response.. if u have a question.. don’t call this branch.. .. it’s useless.

They NEVER answer the phone! I put on speaker and it rang literally for 15 minutes straight…..no one ever answered! This was one of many times I have tried calling with same result!!!

Nobody answers the phone, I called 10 times this week since Monday and it's only Wednesday. Same thing at the Struthers location. I closed my account and transferred everything down the street where there is no automated system and people answer the phone and like to see you! Good riddance.

The people are nice. But you need to plan on at least 30-45 minutes to do a simple deposit. SOOOOOOO SLOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWW.

If you go in you will get good service, if you're trying to get a hold of some on the phone you won't get service.Went in early to get a pre approval for a car loan.PNC needed to verify it was me so had to wait for them to call. Wait time was said to be between 1-2 hours.Headed to the dealership to get the ball rolling. Pnc loan people call me and ask a few identifing questions, approve my loan and I get an email stating such.I missed a call from the banker I had spoken with earlier that morning, tried to call back. Wanted to know the interest rate for the loan so I could see if the dealer would match it.Called this location a dozen times! Emailed the lady!No one in a span of two hours answered the phone, nor did I get a reply to my email till after I had settled with the rate that the dealer was offering, which ended up being higher than pnc's offer.Thanks for nothing PNC! Total waste of my time even bothering with this bank! I have been a customer of PNC for 10 years and when I needed them most, they couldn't bother to answer the phone! ???????Now I'm stuck at a higher interest rate ?My advise, if you're looking to get a pre approval for a loan go some where they actually answer the phones so you can talk to someone when you need to.

I have always had a very friendly and helpful experience with all tellers and bankers at this branch! Today, I was lucky enough to work with banker Sandi, and she was SO friendly, insightful, knowledgeable, and patient!
