“Pharmacy service is always VERY slow. But I guess in fairness, the number of customers nearly doubled when Rite Aid closed. They do have good texting and calling you on your prescription status, and the automated phone system is pretty easy to use. Overall, you just have to be patient.”

“I've always had wonderful service here. It can be slow when it's busy but they are always understaffed sadly. That's a corporate issue. I don't hold that against the staff. That's a CVS issue. It does take a while to get a phone call answered and getting through the robotics to talk to a real person is extremely frustrating, but again: corporate issue, not location.”
