I stopped in while on my visit to the Boardman area. Great find! We got everything we needed to make an excellent mezzeh platter. Also purchased a tray of pre-made Baklava. What a delicious treat!

This little Market sells food from the Middle East. Not only are they a specialty grocery store but they also sell amazing daily specials of prepared foods, such as Sayadieh which is a sensational dish from the Mediterranean coast that consists of rice cooked with caramelized onion and fragrant spices and topped with your choice of fried, grilled or baked fish. Another dish called Mansaf is a traditional Arab cuisine made of lamb cooked in a sauce of dried yogurt and is served with rice with almonds and pine nuts. These two dishes are of my favorites but as I mentioned they have a large variety of daily specials such as Kufta Kabob, stuffed grape leaves and Bukhari Rice with chicken, all of which is packaged for carry out so it is great for your lunch break or to take home for dinner.

This store is pretty good for the basics. If you just wanna pick up some olive oil or a few other things it's great but don't expect to do any real shopping there. There is little to no frozen foods the bread was stale the last time I was there and you cannot buy Halal meat there (☆☆☆ Edit: Not because the meat is not Halal, it's an Islamic store I'm 100% positive everything there is Halal its they simply do not have any meat, frozen or fresh for sale at least they had none the few times I was in there) It's ok for what it is I just wish it was a bit better stocked. And, while I don't think they sell stale bread on a regular basis the bread I did get there was indeed stale I have no reason to lie about it I like the store.
