“I couldn’t recommend the customer service more! My wife and I stopped in to switch her phone from a pre-existing plan with AT&T to my plan with Verizon. Our salesman Chris was incredibly friendly and not at all pushy! He was very informative and explained everything in depth to make sure we understood clearly. He added “perks” to our account and saved us monthly on our Netflix and Apple Music subscriptions. He also showed us several options for my wife’s new phone, answered any questions, and explained the pros/cons to all of them. The transition was super smooth and easy. No issues, every concern or question I had was answered. My dad and I were helped by a guy named Alex who was extremely helpful and never once seemed pushy or forcefull when trying to upsell. He answered all our questions/concerns and made the entire process pretty smooth.
I think its ridiculous the S25 Ultra doesn't come with a cord yet the S24 Fe does but that's a Samsung issue.”
