I made an appointment online and when I arrived for my appt. no one showed up. I waited for about 15 min. The doors were locked and the lights were out. Very disappointing.

Been going there for over 3 years. My nails always look so good. I get plenty of compliments on them all the time. Very professional and always asks me what do l want done to them and tries to make my ideas reality. Even my giraffe print ones for one vacation.

I had an appointment for 1:00pm and received multiple confirmation emails for the appointment time. After waiting 50 minutes after my appointment time there was still someone ahead of me. There is no point in offering appointments if you are unable to follow a schedule. So glad I didn’t pay in advance online.

Made a appointment at 5pm with Kia. She wasn't there. They told me she wasn't there so to sit and wait. I waited 20 mins and walked out. No warning she was going to be late. Very unprofessional.

I made my first appt with KIA 2 weeks ago. She showed up 50 minutes late, still charged $50 for gel manicure with art, however didn't even do my cuticles. I did however absolutely love her art work, definitely give her credit for that. I made another appt on her website for today at 2:00. I left a Dr appt before getting my xray done so I wasn't late. No one showed up and doors were locked. I emailed twice with no response. I checked my confirmation emails to verify the time was correct. I was so angry. I wasted so much time and she couldn't even have the decency to email me back.Service: Gel manicure
