This is my second time having therapy at Greenbriar Healthcare. I am so pleased with all the services I received.They have an excellent Therapy Department and together I met all therapy goals. I honestly looked forward to therapy.I was generally happy with food services. They offered a nice selection of alternatives to the daily menu.The nursing staff was great and assisted me with managing my meds. They were all friendly.My stay was very comfortable.My Social Worker was there whenever I needed to talk and had an open door policy.I would definitely recommend Greenbriar Healthcare for therapy and/or long term experience.

I'm currently at Greenbriar Healthcare Center for rehab. Everyone here has been nice to me, if I need anything someone is always here to help. The facility is always clean & the food is overall good & I always get a belly full. I met some people here & the nurses, aides & doctors are all very good & do the best they can. They all work very hard.

This place does not deserve a star. Not One. They are cruel to there residents and the is no chain of command for employees. I know a individual who has personally been inside residents rooms while being told they should be quiet, also being told its not there job to do a task that is defiantly an aids job and even if it wasn't any compassionate individual would of did the simple task. I just feel like our elderly our very mistreated in these places and the employees that do really care ND still have a heart in this generation are broken down a d dismantled limb for limb over worked underpaid and walking out on these people that need them but also have to protect there morals. It's sad guys let's improve the world not throw it in the trash!!!! My names Dallas Cook if you have Anything to say!

The staff at greenbrier treats me like family .. I couldn't walk 1 step on Nov 21 2022..4 months later I'm brand new thanks to the care and therapy I've received here .. I feel blessed

Greenbriar staff truly loves and cares for our residents like family. There are always awesome events in the bistro for staff, residents and families.

This facility is wonderful. Despite being short staffed, everyone works as a team to provide quality care and attention to their residents and their families. when you walk into the building, it is warm and inviting.The space is clean & tidy. No complaints here

My sister was at Greenbrier since March of last year and our experience there was a very positive one. They really treated us like family and all the staff were excellent. We had to move my sister to have her closer to us and it was such a hard decision. I think the staff there really cares about the patients. My only concern was there was not enough staff and it put more pressure on the staff that was there but they never complained and everyone pitched in and helped wherever they were needed.

This is the best facility I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and caring and truly strive to do their best. I appreciate all their hard work in all departments ❤️

So far they are taking care of my father very well even though he is only here temporarily. The staff are super friendly. I honestly don't know why it has a 2.8 rating when it should be 5. No trouble thus far. The only downside I have is that my Dad can't leave his room unless he gets the booster shot. Which he doesn't want. I honestly believe they should allow him to go outside at least to enjoy some fresh air. Not be cooped up in his room all day.

They neglected my father!! & left him with open sores and skin tore off. Who knows how long he had dried on lotion and "other" things dried on him

A zero star if that was an option. The lack of care my grandmother received was unacceptable! Requested a supervisor, social worker, & doctors to call or set an appointment with no one will return your calls or is ever available. Let alone answers the phone. I have called for over an hour with no answer. You're better off calling 911 before you can get help at this facility.

I stayed 10 days for rehabilitation. My team of therapists were outstanding. The staff went over and above. The cleanliness was outstanding. Highly recommend.
