We came in for natural perches and rudely got told to go to PetSmart. If I wanted to walk in a dirty shed, I could gladly do that at home, instead of wasting my time at one in which the owners are pretending is a storefront.

Dirty. Owner was rude. I came in looking to possibly purchase a bird, he wouldn't barely speak to me. These birds deserve a better life. Better than your dirty, dingy shack of a store. U think ur helping these babies?? Ur not. U should be reported to the humane society.

Drove to the store one day during their open hours only to find they had closed early. They posted a sign on the door, nothing when you call telling you they were closed. So I called before going the next time. Talk about rude! The man I spoke to was so unfriendly!! He made it seem like I was inconveniencing him asking what his hours were. Will NEVER venture to this store again!!

When I was younger my dad used to come out and buy a lot of birds and from what I remember this place has a lot of birds all sizes ❤️

I love the couple that own this place. They genuinely care about their feathered friends. They also adopt problem birds and won't re-home them unless they can restructure the bird, so no worries doing a drop off and stressing about the birds well being because they are just great and never give up on a bird. If they can't help resolve a birds issues, they keep it instead of rehoming and risking the birds safety or the adoptees. Just great all the way around!

The birds had missing feathers and the cages were WAY too small for certain species. They seemed very stressed too... Plus it was dirty, there were also FAR too many birds...

I love this store and my crested cockatoo loves this store !!! I love their homemade bird toys and the owners are so nice and very knowledgeable about all birds .... Don't get me started on their birds and their rescue's .... They are beautiful .... They do amazing things for these birds
