My computer picked the worst time to fail. I had a lot of work to complete and my computer wasn't cooperating. It was caught in a boot up loop that I couldn't do anything with. I called Rick at Cyber Express, explained the issue, and he told me to bring the computer in. I took the computer to Rick and he suggested a temporary solution that I could use on a flash drive on another machine I have at home. Then, Rick put my computer on the work bench and found the problem and had it fixed within two days. Excellent work all around. He gave me a way to complete all my time sensitive work, and provided a more permanent solution for my computer. I'm very satisfied with their work and recommend Cyber Express for anything that might occur with your machine.

I love Cyber Express. I’m not computer friendly. I have a monthly subscription with them. If I have any questions they are at the end of the phone happy to help me out. Yesterday I had them come to my home to help me install a new printer, scanner. They are local, friendly and speak with an American accent! Great customer service!! Thank you so much for all of your help!!

A professional and knowledgeable staff, which includes several military veterans. I used to buy my computers from iBuyPower, but from now on any service, or new computers I buy will be from these guys. There local, staffed by veterans like myself, and totally upfront and honest in there assessment of your PC problems. I highly recommend this company if you need computer work, or are looking for a new build.

My boyfriend had his PC diagnosed and fixed back in December. The PC has been working great ever since. I later had my own PC built by them. My PC runs beautifully and I'm glad I brought it to them. They did an amazing job on both of our PCs. I'll probably go back to them to have my laptop fixed once I have the money for it lol.
