As a member of an advantage plan through Medicare it was extremely difficult to find the eligible products. Some items were not easy to locate (they were on the bottom shelves. Matching barcodes on products was difficult. Some products were out of stock. Some items matched the type of products most didn't. I wish I could go back to shopping at Walmart.

Avoid! Shame on Julie in the drive thru pharmacy for giving my daughter attitude and claiming her name and insurance # didn’t match… try typing it in correctly Julie. She proceeded to try to send my minor away and said my daughter had to call around other pharmacies to see if they have the medication needed. My daughter didn’t have the prescription info! I hope they are never the only option for one of our meds again!

It’s an absolute headache anytime I have to go here. I’ve given my business to CVS for the last time as of yesterday and mostly Carol is to thank for the loss of business. Anytime she works drive thru she has a snarky cold attitude. Truly needs to have a reality check and additional training in customer service! Transferred all of our prescriptions to a local pharmacy and they informed us of this location being in jeopardy of closing - I wouldn’t be surprised!! Avoid at all costs.

I'm guessing the only people that rated this place a 5 star either work there or are family members of people that work there. I sat in line at the drive through for 10 minutes then another 10 minutes sitting at the window w8th no one coming back to be given a prescription for Flonase that was filled 3 weeks ago. I didn't pick it up then because I didn't want to wait an hour for someone to put a label on a box. When I went in to inquire why the prescription I actually needed wasn't ready after I received a text message 3 days prior it was ready. I was told it was returned because it wasn't picked up then had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to print a label and put it on a bottle

They are open until 10pm, but close the cash registers at 8-8:30 ? My bank is an online bank. To add money I have to go to CVS. I can't add money at self checkout.

Worst pharmacy. They never have what you’ve been prescribed and every one who works there is rude. Do not recommend go some where else!

Men's bathroom smells like one would expect at a truck stop. I almost gagged upon opening the door. The stench of urine was overpowering. Absolutely shameful that a drugstore of all places would have such a disgusting bathroom.

I've always had wonderful service here. It can be slow when it's busy but they are always understaffed sadly. That's a corporate issue. I don't hold that against the staff. That's a CVS issue. It does take a while to get a phone call answered and getting through the robotics to talk to a real person is extremely frustrating, but again: corporate issue, not location.

Terrible pharmacy! Everytime I would run out of birth control I would call them and asked why it hasn’t been refilled and they would tell me because I just picked it up when that is totally false! And made me pay for another pack out of pocket, next month it was the same exact story, and my other prescription’s always take forever to pick up when they say they’re ready. I’m definitely switching pharmacies!

This pharmacy staff are a bunch of lazy clowns. The script was sent in 3 weeks ago and my wife goes in to get it. It wasn’t ready and they quote 3-4 hours to fill the script. So I come in on my way from work and their lazy pharmacist never signed off on it and was giving shots! I never had to have this script signed off on before either. These people don’t know what they’re doing and have their thumbs so far up their butts they can feel their tonsils. Don’t go here and I would go as far as holding this against CVS in general.

It Seem That They Don't Care To Help, Went In and Transferred My Mothers Prescriptions To Another CVS !!!!! This One In Boardman Never Changed Them !!!!! The New CVS Is On It !!!!! Drive thru and inside wait times are extremely long, and the employees are rude here. Always busy because cvs closes stores in bad neighborhoods to make one or two select stores busy. They send you texts saying that your meds can all get picked up on one day (4/12) and now it’s 4/22 and I’m just now getting texts saying they’re ready. I had enough to get by but what If I didn’t? You can’t call because they either take 20 mins to answer the phone or the call gets dropped. Or the automatic phone system thing transfers you to the store not the pharmacy. The only reason I go here is because my insurance makes me. I use to go to rite aid and giant eagle and never had a problem.
