“My computer picked the worst time to fail. I had a lot of work to complete and my computer wasn't cooperating. It was caught in a boot up loop that I couldn't do anything with. I called Rick at Cyber Express, explained the issue, and he told me to bring the computer in. I took the computer to Rick and he suggested a temporary solution that I could use on a flash drive on another machine I have at home. Then, Rick put my computer on the work bench and found the problem and had it fixed within two days. Excellent work all around. He gave me a way to complete all my time sensitive work, and provided a more permanent solution for my computer. I'm very satisfied with their work and recommend Cyber Express for anything that might occur with your machine.”

“I bought a gaming monitor online on Friday evening. It was ready for pickup Saturday morning. The pickup process was easy. So I get it home and hook it up…it’s not working. When I bring it in to the store, Alex helps me out right away, hooking the monitor up in the store to verify that it’s a manufacturing defect. Once he verified that, he got me a replacement right away. I asked him to verify that one worked before I went home with it and he was happy to. Alex was so helpful through the ASUS manufacturing defect that I’d much rather buy from Best Buy than Amazon.”
