I went to this Chicos to make some returns from Christmas Online purchases. The sales person who helped me was clearly not happy about the returns. I have shopped and returned at the Chicos in Chagrin Falls and never had the cold attitude I got from the person in Boardman. Chagrin is farther away, but I will definitely take the extra time to go there instead of Boardman in the future.

Absolutely ? their clothes...however the employees were STRAIGHT UP RUDE to the point of the one rolling her eyes at me AFTER not one of them greeted me when I walked in and dont get me started on the looks I received...WILL NOT SPEND A DIME WITH THEM...hope all locations don't have employees like these rude stuck up old hags
