Absolutely not! Would not recommend this bank and that’s exactly why I’m switching banks. I have been waiting for my new chase card for 2 weeks and it has never arrived so I called this chase bank and they said that it was delivered and if I haven’t gotten it to go and ask for a replacement card through the app and I did. Now I still haven’t received this new one so I’ve decided to switch banks since two of the cards I’ve never received are floating somewhere out there with my information and my money. I will be closing this account and moving my money over to a bank that is worth trusting. Thank you for absolutely nothing. I would not trust this bank with your money. They don’t know what they’re doing and there’s a high chance you’ll never receive your new debit card in the mail. I’m done with you, chase bank and your lazy staff.

Lisa or La'Tanya (according to my receipt) who works at the drive through window is the best. If I'm ever weary about making sure a check has to be deposited on time to the right account for business, I go out of my way to the Boardman Chase location to see her. She is always very helpful and cheerful and patient. She is very easy to work with and leaves you driving away with a smile because she's a pleasure to interact with and goes out of her way to deal with any issues you have in an upbeat and polite manner.

Went to the bank for a deposit and to see if someone could help me out with a logistics question. The lady teller asked me to put my card, to put my pin number, to confirm the deposit amount all that without saying one time (please)!!! It's a manner of being professional!!! I asked if I can see someone who can help me she said we have only one lady and she's so busy but I could make an appointment, I told her it's urgent, the closer teller who was to next window to her offered to help, but the lady teller told her you she needed to take her lunch break while I am standing like I am just nothing and my urgent matter can wait!!!I did make an appointment with someone for the next day, very poor professional conduct by that teller which I think she was the manager of the branch!!!! Customer service is everything she failed me in that category!!!

Their drive up ATM never works. Chase as a whole has become one of the inconvenient banks to deal with in the area. They keep closing branches and getting rid of staff forcing you to use machines. I'm thinking about closing my account.

One of the few larger banks you can talk to the office, usually minimal wait no appointment. Not the case at PNC, I would need an appointment and wait.

Banks are useless. This location proves the point. ATMs are out of order and people inside were less help.

I mostly use the drive thru in Boardman. The employee whose name is Lita is always smiling and is very kind. She goes out of her way to make sure your transaction is interactive. She doesn't go through the motions but makes you want to smile back to her. Keep up the good work Lita!

Can't talk to anyone without having an account already over the phone. Wasted gas and more time driving to this location. Just to find out they charge $10.00 to cash personal checks without an account. The lady at the drive thru sent me to Huntington wich does not cash any checks from chase at all. Never accepting a check from chase ever again!
