DO NOT PURCHASE from Erin Burkes company. I’m about to turn her company into my bank as fraud! Interesting they don’t allow comments on instagram. This company is fraudulent. They lie about when you would receive your product. There is no way to ever speak to anyone. They say they have chat but do not. You will never get a response. There is a recording talking about it’s the holidays even though it’s almost March. The absolute worse shopping experience ever!!!!! I have my attorney contacting them today. I am totally fed up and you cannot order from a company that has false contact info and or no contact info. Burke Decor is corrupt and they are holding a lot of my money. BBB should stop ignoring this and do something!

How this company is existing is beyond me. A complete joke. Do not order from here unless you never want to receive your order. Also good luck with a refund too. I’ve found the chat feature is sometimes available and someone (usually a person named Kyle) will respond to you but offers no real support. I’ve been told 3 times now that I’d be refunded and haven’t received it. Thankfully it’s not a huge amount lost.

This is the WORST company! No way to reach anyone. Been fighting to receive my refund. Numerous emails, chat and even reported to the BBB. They don’t care. Every time it is ‘just wait another 2-4 business days’ - I’ve been doing that since Jan 3.

This company is horrible when it comes to customer service. I ordered a rug that said it was in stock and ready to ship. This particular rug is out of stock with every other vendor including the manufacturer. Weeks passed and I never received a shipping notification so I reached out to the company and they said the rug would be shipping at the end of February which had me concerned because that made it seem like the rug was not, in fact in-stock. I emailed them again explaining that I needed confirmation that they did actually have the rug in stock they said they would look into it and get back to me within 1-2 days.... crickets. It's impossible to call them and speak to someone... just sends you to voicemail. So now they're just holding onto my money without any evidence they even have the product. BUYER BEWARE. This reeks of a company about to go out of business and trying to cover their tracks!

I would like to gather all the bad reviewers and file a class action suit on this company, they are an obvious scam and I will also go to their store and confront them until they refund my money....SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ordered a table 5/2023-45 emails back and forth trying to complete the transaction. The table shipped 9/2023-which was a little longer than expected, but acceptable. It arrived damaged. No one available by phone. Via email, was promised a replacement w/in 2 wks. Waited until late 11/2023; then proposed a repair. They agreed to pay. Said I would be reimbursed in 7-14 working days. The refund was issued 1/2024. Suspect the biz has cash flow issues-seems like a ponzi scheme-in light of so many similar customer experiences. ADVICE:ORDER ELSEWHERE.

Horrible. Same experience as everyone else who has written legitimate reviews of this company. They take orders they have no ability or intention to fill. They take your money. They then stall for months and only if you fight hard to get a refund can you get your money back. I am having to go through my credit card company.

Please do not order anything from this company!!! I ordered a mirror that was "ready" to ship, I waited 3 months and finally canceled the order. It has been 4 months since canceling and I have yet to be refunded the $500 they took from me. I am so disappointed that a business can operate in such an unethical manor and continue to take money from their customers.

The communication and customer service is horrible. I have been waiting for tracking information and or any update on my order and have received nothing. I also have tried to reach out to this company facebook, Instagram phone and email and no one has bothered to reach out. I'm very disappointed.

Ordered 4 barstools on 11/21/23. The website stated that the barstools were in stock and ready to ship. Warehouse processing time was listed as 14 - 21 days. As of the 22nd business day since ordering, the website stated that the order was still awaiting fulfillment. I emailed customer service to request the order be canceled and that I be refunded. I received no response from customer service.I ordered similar barstools from an another retailer on 12/21. They arrived on 12/23.I’m giving Burke Decor 2 stars because they did ship the barstools within 14-21 days. However, I received no notification that the barstools had shipped and attempts to get an update were unsuccessful. I refused delivery as I already received the stools ordered from another company.I filed a dispute with my credit card and was credited the majority of the purchase cost; however, I paid $45 with Burke Decor giftcards which has not been refunded to me. I had $45 in giftcards because Burke Decor was unable to fulfill a previous order I placed.If Burke Decor wants to stay in business, the company needs to improve customer service, logistics, and stop charging for orders they have not fulfilled.

orderded wall paper 3 months ago still have not received it ..........no comment from them or follow up on a e mail that told me someone would be intouch within 4 days............thank god i only ordered 1 roll to see what it looked like.......dont know what garage their operating out of but my next move is to contact local authorities to see if this place is for real........then institute a class action lawsuit if any body is interested...............

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. After you place an order be prepared to wait months before they tell you that your order is taking longer to be shipped (without reasoning). I ordered something November 30th, it's now January 18th and I have received nothing and I've sent 3 emails with no response. This is a trash company.

Do not order from this company. Ordered 2 small items and can't get shipment confirmation. They charged my credit card however have not fulfilled the shipment. I have been calling and emailing them however no responses for weeks now. This is ridiculous. I wish I would have read reviews prior to ordering. Never ordering from them again.

I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve been trying for over a month to get my money back on a canceled order I never received. I have emailed and called for updates and either no one replies or the person on the phone says they will reach out to billing. Do not buy from this company!

Do not order from this site. Absolutely scam and repulsive company. Table was supposed to ship in October, now going on January. They don’t answer their phones and have not updated me all about the table. Horrible customer service. For their prices they need better customer service. Order #81700183667
