Messed my phone up 3 different times, before the 1 thing i came into do was fixed, costed a hell of a lot of money for something so simple, and my phone screen popped out 1 week after going there, they never put the screws back into my screen and never connected the .5 camera. DO NO RECOMMEND

They replaced my daughter's phone screen when most places wouldn't offer to touch it. Things were fixed quickly. There was a slow down with shipping but all information was communicated quickly so I was informed of what was going on. Would definitely go back in the future

This was YEARS ago so take it with a massive grain of salt, things have very likely changed since then, but just thinking about this makes me angry all over again so I'm going to make my opinion heard:
They made a mistake when installing my brother's iPhone screen replacement, the day he brought it home you could see one of the bottom corners of the phone was slightly raised. When the faulty install (provided by them) resulted in another cracked screen, not due to abuse, but due to stress on the glass from the poorly done repair they refused to address their mistake and instead demanded my brother pay another few HUNDRED dollars to fix what they had already failed to earlier. I got into a very heated, week-long discussion over email with a very rude customer service person and made absolutely no progress, so I decided to never ever ever ever use these services again, especially when I can do a better job on my computer desk at home.
Again, this was years ago, so it may be different now, but visit at your own risk.

I have been going to broke ass phone for years. They’re great and are always up front about pricing what are reasonable expectations for broken devices. This has been extremely helpful when our kids have had broken screens on their devices.

Fast & friendly ... they saved the day today .. I will highly recommend them anytime ...they were cheaper than everybody and had the part I needed for my phone and litterally took less than an hour . I can't say enough GOOD THINGS about them !! God bless them always !!

Broke my S24 Ultra last night and everyone else that I called said they wouldn't be able to have the parts in for weeks let alone genuine parts. Brought my phone into Randy and he had it fixed within an hour for a more than competitive price with genuine parts at that. Will be bringing my future battered devices to him and recommending him to others

Stellar service. I have a Galaxy Note 20. Fixed my phone within 3 days and it's like brand new! Can't say enough about the service. I could have bought a refurbished one for $285 but he refurbished my own phone for $270. Good deal to me because I got a new screen, battery, and back. More than pleased! Also did business with a local company. Will be back for all my phone needs.
