I live 3 hours away... I get home super excited to set my new bag. Get it all unpacked and find the security tag still on the bag..... how the heck do you take this thing off.... Kayla was not very kind, didn't say much just asked if we wanted to use our coupon. No smile or anything... the other gentleman with her talked more even complemented my other bag I was carrying.I really don't want to drive another 3 hours just got a security tag.
