After 2 years our truck still runs great! The people that work here was also very patient and worked with us when we had financial issues. I'd recommend this place to anyone and we plan on going through Boardman Auto Mall in the future!

Buyers beware! Please get the vehicle checked properly by a mechanic all over before purchasing any vehicles from this place. Bought my first car from them recently, cash, only to find out after that the subframe was so badly rusted through and broken that it could break off anytime. I was told by a few mechanics that this car was too unsafe for the roads and shouldn’t even be sold/driven at all in the first place.Dealer obviously knew about the problem but brushed it off as a struts problem. Repairs are going to cost me nearly $2000. He refused to take any responsibility and said it was all on me.

Called and asked if there is anything wrong with vehicle(2011 Ford Mustang gt)and that i was coming from different state that is 3:30 a way and they send nothing is wrong and when i went i checked it the car’s engine was going bad and acted like they don’t know what is wrong with it. Really horrible people no one would do that to there own enemy. They just need the money

Before you buy a vehicle from this location please drive it inspect it look under it and have a mechanic or shop check it out before your purchase I bought a vehicle from here pay $13,000 in less than 2 weeks water pump and my transfer case went bad just those two parts is over $2,000 in labor and parts and they said it's all on me

Excellent customer service. Vehicle was more than I expected. Zero percent interest. Down payment is high….because the loan is zero interest. Yes..zero interest. Short term loans. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the tri-state area.

My teenage son worked hard to buy his own vehicle. He bought one here only to have already spent $1000 within the first month on repair and also found out the odometer was rolled back to 170,000 but actually has almost 400,000. After my son was stranded for over a week in WV because of the car, he returned to tell them and they said that wasn’t their problem. Horrible. No ethics business. They should be ashamed.

Our son bought a car from them a couple weeks ago. He found out that the odometer has been turned back to 170,000 miles from 300,000 miles. These people are liars, they are cheaters, they will steal your money, and they will not compensate you for cars that don’t run that they sell to. You do not go here no matter what they will steal your money and lie to you. They have no right being in business. They need to seriously be investigated for bad business practices.
