I am purchasing a house in Youngstown, and I stopped by the store to look at furniture. I was greeted by several employees, and I found everybody to be welcoming and friendly. John approached me on the sales floor and he asked questions in order to pinpoint my needs. He used this opportunity to tell me about the furniture protection plan AND financing and how that works. He answered all of my questions about delivery and setup, and he went out of his way to assist me. At no point did I feel pressured. Instead, I felt very informed and I left with absolutely no questions. Exceptional service was provided, and I found all of the employees to be personable, friendly, attentive, and caring.
