This is the place to go if you need a passport. They knew exactly what to do and made sure that I had everything in order for a successful submission. They can even take your picture. As a bonus, the employees were very personable, and I actually enjoyed my time there. Thank you for a great experience!

The employees at the Bluffton office are GREAT! There is rarely a line, parking is great and it’s always very clean inside and out. I live closer to the Findlay post office but I would much rather drive a bit farther to Bluffton any day of the week!!! (If you’ve been to the Findlay PO you know why!!!).

Very friendly and patient staff. Always clean and have the supplies needed to send out anything from special envelopes to boxes.
