Horrible, tried two different vacuums and both had no power to them. Vacuums wouldn’t even pick up a tic tac off the ground. As well as all vacuums saying $2 but $10 was charged to my account. Never will be back here

Automatic does not function, called phone number and it does not respond. No one at the place either. Wasted 10 dollars with no way to get it back.

Won't go here again.Went in for a quick wash on Thursday night not expecting much.Ended up with the pleasant surprise of my paints clear coat missing in at least 3 different spots!Makes sense, since both my wife and I were surprised by how strong the spray was and since it sounded like it was going to break the windows.

Vacuum ate $2 in quarters and at least $2 on my credit card. Wash was mediocre at best for $10. I only go here when I have no other options. My garden hose would have done a better job looking back at this experience.

Crazy expensive for a dinky little car wash. I get a better wash for the same price in Findlay and Lima. Wish we could get a new car wash in Bluffton

I don’t recommend this car wash I paid $10 to have it drop stuff out of one area on the wand thru the entire procedure! After it gave me the green light to exit I drove to my house and found my car wasn’t even clean!!

Paid for top of line wash $10 ! came out with a dirty car !! I would not recommend using this car wash! There isn’t anyway to even talk to someone about it!!

I appreciate having a local car wash. I can't seem to get there when an attendant is present. Last night the auto-wash drive-thru was weird dispensing a huge amt of blue wash (twice) during the wash cycle. Machine would Not take paper money of any sort. The spot free rinse left a white residue (that's never happened). So, I pulled around to the self serve to rinse the vehicle. Used a credit card for $2 purchase since I was out of quarters. I have great difficulty standing. It was cold & blustery. But the car is clean now!
