They got me out a pickle on the spot. They were able to get me a couple Lugs for a truck i had bought the same day and got me sent home. Alex Took Care of me and i appreciate it.

I was delivered a damaged part which was missing material and scratched up, but because it "passed QC" I had to pay return shipping and eat 25% on the part cost on top of it (Shorted me also) Again, the part was damage and could not be repaired. Very nice people, but the process is awful. Would not recommend. (Inv#114782)
**Pre shipment photos were never sent**
I emailed photos of the damage. I asked to make sure no damage was on the radio prior to shipment and received the item with missing felt on the CD opening and scuffs along the screen. Feel free to call me at anytime.
Edit: As of 5.10.24 Still no call back from the vendor regarding this issue. Assuming this is their tactic of trying to save face, but have zero intentions on doing to the right thing.

Edit:7.15.24 Have not received a call from this vendor...
Edit:8.5.24 Safe to say this company will not call you back and will only post they will do so online. I've also called and have gotten no where.
Again, 0/5 Do Not Recommend.

Morgan helped me out and did a great job I usually don’t leave reviews but she did a great job helping me get a trim price I needed for my GMC Acadia she called to confirm with me before shipping to make sure it was the right piece to our surprise though it was not and she went back within a couple hours got the right one pulled out confirmed with me again by emailing me pictures and shipped out quick and fast give her a raise
