I come to Bluffton for work and the guys pick up/drop off my vehicle for me making it easy to continue my workday without interruption. I have received various services over the past 4 years from my oil changes to tire repairs/replacements with excellent service and prices every time. Thank you for being an honest, caring auto repair center to a young woman in her 20's!

Had really good luck at this place. Really did good work on my kids cars that attend Bluffton. This past weekend my daughter’s car broke down and we had it towed there from Lima. After contact we were told it would be 3 weeks before they could get it in. Okay not an issue. Knowing that the car would not run my daughter had to push it to another repair shop to get it off of their lot. They didn’t have room for it to sit in the lot until we could make other plans. Thank you so much.

I have gotten two oil changes from them now and they are fantastic! They pick up my vehicle and return it to my workplace when they are done. The first time I didn't even realize it was gone because they completed it so quickly. For the second oil change they were able to get me in the same day I requested one. The price is also lower than anywhere else I've gone.

Excellent shop and outstanding customer service! My wife was driving from Michigan to Tennessee and had an issue with her car. She pulled into the shop around 10:00 a.m. it was diagnosed and repaired and she was on her way by 11:15. The people in the shop treated her with great respect and we're very comforting and patient with her. It could have been a very stressful experience turned into a very smooth and professional repair. This place is the best! If you want a honest auto repair place this is it. Took our Edge in to get brakes and they fixed them fast and could of taken advantage of us and said front and back brakes needed done but they were honest and said just front brakes needed it. Hard to find a auto shop you trust. This place is it!!!! Scott does a amazing job and Jill is so nice. Keep up the amazing job!!!!Service: Wiper blade installation
