These guys are good folks, talked to them several times before I purchased a tractor, they talked the talk, but when a part was broken on the tractor (release handle for bucket latch) they reviewed the photos and said that was broken before we shipped it. Sorry, here is the JD part number and sent me a check to purchase it from my closest Dealer. I would say they walk the walk. thank you Mr. Josh Anderson.
