If you ever drop anything off at the Montgomery or Blue Ash UPS stores, you will be treated as the SCUM of the earth no matter how pleasant thoughtful or considerate you are, even if its your first time here. If you are a paying for a shipment, you get upgraded to the no-scowl face, but they will still be impatient and only mumble inaudibly if you ask any questions...

The owner is not a personable man at all. I've recently been given an AFO (orthotic plastic device for my leg) and have ordered a million pairs of shoes to try and find one that will fit and unfortunately have had many rounds of returns of shoes that have not worked. The first time I went in he waited on the 3 people in front of me, looked at me and then went in the back to converse with his coworker. after a few minutes he walked out and asked if I needed anything. When I said i had a returned he turned around and walked back to the back to have more conversation with his co-worker before finally coming to very robotically help me. The last time I came in and greeted him with a "hello, how are you today?" to which he responded by staring at me. I finally said, "not very good I guess" to which he replied: " Do you really care?" How rude. I will not be going back to that establishment with personal or business shipments. I'll drive out of my way to a friendlier location.

The mature woman that works here is extremely painful to deal with - ive seen her be impatient and snarky with other customers before and today her focus was on me.
This place just doesn’t understand customer service - or maybe they do, maybe they don’t want people coming in returning Amazon items. Fair enough. She told me she was a little tired of getting “300 of these things every day, and not making any money from it”……
I get it. However, you piss people off and you’re jeopardizing your core business - next time we need one of your products / services the last place we go is here!

It was comical how terrible the customer service was at this location. The person helping me wouldn't drop the fact that he's "the boss", thought that I was taking a photo of him (I wasn't) and yelled at me from across the shop, and was just angry in general. I couldn't help but laugh as I left the store and the two other customers witnessing the interaction were also visibly uncomfortably laughing.

Do NOT work with this location. Firs, they charged me extra for a package, which I am trying to get refunded. When I called to discuss the matter, I asked to speak with the manager. I then asked for the manager's name. He told me it was none of my business, proceeded to curse at me and hung up on me.
I am escalating to BBB along with The UPS Store Corporate offices.

I brought in 7 packages worth about $1,500 and was refused a receipt. This owner has been egregiously rude and neglectful for many of my trips to this store. I had labels already on the packages so it would take less than 25 seconds to scan them in.
This is ridiculous and although the store manager is the one who is rude, I would most certainly like for him to respond to this review with the direct phone number for the manager he reports to. That is, he isn’t a coward and will accept the responsibility to listen to his customers.

Refuses to scan packages in with weight. Unbelievably rude and told me to go elsewhere. Someone replace that awful employee.

Awful costumer service, barely spoke and was rude in his manner. I walked in with a heavy box. He didn't speak, I asked where he wanted me to put the box and he pointed. He still didn't speak, I showed him the shipping label and he shook his head. I asked what was wrong and he said you need a printed label, nothing else. So I asked if he could print one and he said for a fee
I had to ask how much and he says $5.00 All the other UPS stores charge $2.00 It really bothers me to leave a store angry. I came in, pleasant and smiling. I leave upset. Rude and horrible customer service with price gouging thrown in. Don't ruin your day by using this business, the man was so unpleasant.

I went in to return something which I have never done there before. The item was in the box but it had been in my car and fell out so I had to repackage it & was doing so at the counter. They have MULTIPLE counters keep in mind. They asked me to do it on the floor so I didn’t “scratch the counter”… why do you have counters if people can’t set their packages on them? Mind you the worst part of this was that I am wearing a DRESS. So I'm sitting on the floor trying to package something in a dress. Such a bizarre experience & the woman was rude. The man did hold the door for me which was nice. But then asked if I he could give me his vaccum to vaccum the styrofoam that fell on the floor when they made me get on the floor!!!! As a service worker my customers would be floored if I asked them to clean something up. These people need better training or should not work with the public.

Very disappointed I arrived at 2:56pm on Saturday and the store closes at 3pm. The worker had the door locked and gate pulled across the entrance. I understand that I cut it close, but still disappointed… now I am off to fedex!

Completely agree with the other reviews on the incredibly rude staff. Store opened 5 minutes late then was told it would be another 15 minutes for my receipt that I needed. When I said I would take my package elsewhere, man yelled and me and said he didn’t care about my package or business. Very rude and will never visit this store again.

This is where the old elder Indian employee shows the end of his rudeness. Especially for Asians, he is particularly rude and treats them as invisible. He throws away receipts and keeps an angry face. He never greets the customers. If you see an Indian grandfather looking employee the moment you enter this store, just turn around and come out. Otherwise, he will do his best to ruin your day.

Well, rude still happens here. My wife was completely humiliated by a staff person named Jacob in front of other customers. She is a sweet, kind, and considerate person. Jacob embarrassed and criticized her in front of other customers and was hostile and passive aggressive. Please avoid this store. Will use USPS and FedEx whenever humanly possible.
