First off, I just want to explain how I found Tune Belt.I stumbled upon them at the New Balance Falmouth Road Race Health & Fitness Expo in 2019 and I figured I'd give their product a good old college try as they say. It worked out the first time.Now, fast forward to late August of this year, I get a new I-phone SE 2020, and I discover I need an arm band so that way when I'm running, I don't have to clutch my phone.I go to Tune Belt and research all of the models, and I pick the first one that I see and I order it. It came promptly and I thought it would work.It turns out I had ordered the wrong model of band. So, that left me in a dilemma on what to do. Do I return it and get my money back or do I hold on to it and hope someone else uses it?It turns out I ended up holding on to it. However, this review also deserves a commendation. My mother ended up emailing Tune Belt customer service to help me out. That was on Thursday 9/10. On Saturday 9/12, she gets a response back from Sharon Sexton who recommended that I keep the one that I mistakenly ordered. Thank you Sharon for coming up to bat and helping me out.Bottom line: I would recommend Tune Belt to anyone who needs a wristband.
