Laurie was great! I was indecisive and she worked with me to find a cut that worked. I wanted a hairstyle that my hair isn't suited well for... I insisted and she did a great job finding a compromise that made me happy and worked with my hair.

The receptionist is extremely RUDE. Numerous times when I've called to make an appointment for myself or daughter she cuts you off mid sentence, hangs up without saying "good bye" or "thank you". We've been very happy with our stylists but when there's audible sighing, eye rolling at checkout (I wanted to pay cash) it's not acceptable and I'll take my business elsewhere.

I stumbled into this place years ago -when I needed a hair color fix for my own wedding. Why did I think I could do it myself with Clairol? After an hour of freaking out, using Dawn and Prell, and trying to strip it out myself , I called Trendz because I had heard Jeanne was the best for color. I was hoping she was also the best at removing coloring! I went in with my hair a dark brunette - 2 weeks before my wedding. She got me in that day, and stayed after her last appointment on a Saturday. It took a couple hours, but she was able to get it back to the natural color. And even cut my fiancee's hair (complimentary) while I was sitting with the chemicals. The shop is in a wonderful central location and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. It is such a treat to go there - also very reasonably priced. High end salon work, but at a fair price. Recently renovated, and great selection of products to buy.

I love this place!! I’ve been here twice now, everyone is so friendly and easy to chat with. I had a hair emergency over the weekend, bad cut and highlights from another salon ??♀️. My husband and I both go here now. We have both been looking for a salon we liked for the last 3 years without much success till now. The staff are all so friendly, the salon is beautiful, and all 4 of the stylist we've seen (2 each) have done a great job on our hair!
