“I was very impressed! I called prior for pricing on a used tire and was happy with the price for install. When I arrived I was helped by the manager (I believe that's what his position is or could be owner) who remembered the call and the tire number. I felt a little up-sale while the tire was being installed but at the same time I'm sure my other tire needed replaced and I needed alignment and brakes soon as well. I feel they are very honest! I ended up getting two used front tires with EXCELLENT tread & for an awesome price compared to other competitors nearby! My car rides so much better! They were friendly and quick. Had a stripped bolt caused by the big name place (that starts with a V and rhymes with Gasoline) who then sent me to my mechanic to get it fixed before they could do my next oil change. Called these guys after seeing reviews of 4.9/5 stars on Carfax and 4.8/5 stars on Google. Reviews that great get my attention -- and I wasn't wrong in choosing them. They not only took care of my issue without me having to go to my mechanic, but did it right away. They also have great pricing and a very friendly staff all around. They don't try to up-sell you on other unnecessary services like that aforementioned place -- and you could just tell they were honest. It's a gut feeling you get when you meet honest people, if you know what I mean. While there, I met another customer who travels all the way from Williamsburg, Ohio to get his oil changes/vehicle services there -- all because of the honest, affordable service. “My car recently blew a tire and needed to get them changed. I ordered my tires and appointment online through Good Year and had it scheduled two days later. While there were some issues with my appointment, it was on Good Year and not this location. They were still able to help me get my tires on and were transparent on everything. If you are ordering online and schedule it online as well, I would suggest following up with your location (a quick call) to make sure you are in the system. This is a problem with the online website so no reason for me to dock stars off of here. They were quick, very friendly, and helpful!”
