I have had an incredible experience since moving to Tide Cleaners last year. They are prompt, professional, clean, and they make it easy. Clothes are clean, they don’t get lost, they are always on time, and the people are incredible. Kelly went above and beyond for my family last week when we were in a pinch. (With a close friend passing, we weren’t thinking about how our clothes were sitting in a dirty hamper, until the services were scheduled and we needed them.) I will never be able to express how much gratitude I have for her, and how she went out of her way to help us. It was more than superior customer service, it was compassion. Thank you for making all the difference. You have a customer for life.

The lady at the Blue Ash Cincinnati store who works on weekends is very friendly and professional. I’ve used their services 5 times thus far for wash and fold and my items are always very clean , neatly folded and smells so fresh. The turn around time has always been for the next day . They have good coupons on the app and the lady applied a 25 % of coupon on my first visit and told me to use the app for deals without me even knowing or asking about discounts and coupons

Up until now service has been OK. They lost one of my shirts three weeks ago. After going back to the store twice they finally called me and said they would give me a credit for the shirt. First they offered a credit!!!!! Not Cash!!!!!! then they kept saying I would get an email with a cash check???? Never got it after checking all emails and trash. They don't give a crap. I paid close to 100 bucks for the shirt but gave them a break because it was almost a year old so I said 50 buck. I'm tired of their horrible customer service in this incident. I also paid for the da, shirt they lost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
