Only bought from here because I was looking for sugar balls and someone on tiktok said they had the best. I did not like my experience I had with this company and I won’t be a returning customer. There systems seems very slow and there response time even worse through there online chat. I ordered two sugar balls from this website one normal size and one small size. As soon as I got the package you could see the small one was all like dried almost and cracking. Took maybe three days before the one popped and I am not rough on my stuff at all I just use it if occasionally calming myself down. The other normal size sugar ball I got is leaking from the top where it was closed off. I get little drops of glue on my hands everytime I touch it. I can see they finally refunded me for the one item but I wasted $16 because of shipping on this junk and I didn’t even get an email back like the online chat said I would. Either buy from amazon cause you can return stuff easy with no hassle and fast customer service or go somewhere in person cause I’m high disappointed in the products I got not only am I still out $10 because of paying for shipping but now I’ll have to order a new one of these. Also I realized after that there website says not to email them however the email I got with my order says if u need any help please email there support email so maybe they should update that then cuz that’s was what I saw before going back to there website to see that they don’t want to read emails

A few weeks ago, I ordered a sugar ball from the website. I received it, but it was not the color I ordered. I then ordered 3 more, and received only 1. I have repeatedly contacted the company via text, email, chat, and phone call for over 2 weeks now. Not once have I received a response. I paid for a product and never received it. That is theft.

Extremely slow processing and shipping. Didn’t respond to my email inquiring about my order. Low quality Chinese fidgets that smells so strongly of chemicals that they cannot be handled. Broke one fidget within 5 minutes just playing with it. Waste of money for me. Disappointing.

I love this place so much! As an autistic and ADHD adult, I was able to find several sensory tools that have been very helpful for me, including some that I didn't even know existed. One note for neurodivergent adults shopping for themselves, this place does feel very childish. That isn't a bad thing necessarily, but it can be slightly uncomfortable for those of us still struggling with some internalized ableism (myself included). I'm looking forward to visiting this store again! Would make a great birthday trip for myself!

Just left this little find. I had a time trying to find it because it is tucked within a office building. After finding it the place has a lot to offer. Got a lot for my 3.5 (she was all over looking at everything) and something for 16.5 year old. I didn't think it was too pricey since I have been getting things like this off of Amazon. I do love how my daughter and I could touch and she could choose what she wanted. The people in there working was engaging and listened to her "stories" so that was nice as well. We don't get that much going out in public places. She said she had so much fun and we should go back today ?. Only recommendation would be get your store out there because I had no clue it was here and we loved it!!!

Nice store with various fidget toys and fair prices. It's in an office building so not a place you would know existed if Google didn't recommend it to me. I took away 1 star because I did not see a bottle of sanitizer available for use. I really feel especially in today's world everyone should be required to sanitise their hands before touching all fidgets.
