This store has really gone down hill these past few months. Outdoor trash cans outside are always overflowing, there are hundreds of cigarette butts on the ground where the employees smoke to the right of the entrance, so much trash in the parking lot.. Inside the store could use some attention too. The pillow aisle has been a mess for 3 days in a row now (yes, I’m a daily shopper). Only one checkout lane is open due to no self checkout in the morning. The bathrooms are always DISGUSTING, whether you shop at 8am or 9pm! My biggest gripe- this is like the only Target in Cinci with no cupholders on the shopping carts (but they have Starbucks??) I spend several hundred dollars at Target every month- it should be an enjoyable experience. I’ve decided to take my money to Fields Ertel where they at least pay their employees to keep the store and outside clean.

Good location, has a nice variety of items. Very easy to find hair care products and health related items. The aisles are sometimes messy though with items in the wrong locations.

I typically only stop here to pick up our prescriptions and possibly something needed for dinner that we were out of. My wife and I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and she needed to pick up a couple pairs of loose fitting pants. That area was a mess. Clearly no one has recovered for a couple days. Really disappointed.

There's a good location some of y'all need to be trying to be in our shoes shoes y'all customers coming there don't make it easy for us some of you guys complain about the littlest things it don't make sense and we can't control it and he'll even negative comments about us I don't get to society I really don't try being more happy when you're coming to stop taking your anger or problems out on us we're just workers we're trying to help and support anything you need

The worst customer service I've had. Refused to exchange a small defective toy that was gifted (their own brand).

Friday morning. Self checkouts closed. I was the eighth person in line for the one cashier open and that person was not surprisingly grumpy. No management in site. Recommend going somewhere else.

When I went there was workers standing talking blocking the aisle in the back by the dog food, two in a red shirt and one in neon yellow. They were there for at least ten minutes and I couldn't get by. The self checkout is now ten items or less too and they only have one register open which backs up.

Access the drive up at Target it is super easy and you don't have to wait very long.

Crazy that the self check out would be closed. Hopefully management realizes how big of a difference that makes in shopping time!
It makes me reconsider shopping here vs Kroger!
