My husband had his haircut here a week ago and the stylist did not understand what tapering meant. She buzzed a single length all around the sides and trimmed some length off the top. My husband tried to explain "tapering" to her for the edges and sideburns and she did not understand. Instead she just buzzed a centimeter higher on the sideburns and my husband had to just leave it at that.
I looked on the website to send this as a direct message to the store but only saw an option to leave a review. Very disappointed and honestly confused in the lack of skill the stylist had.

After joining the waitlist for the first available stylist, we arrived in time to see my son's name come up as "in store" and "on deck" with no one else after us. We waited 20 minutes at which time another man walked in and requested "Angel" - who happened to be the next available stylist. We were then told to wait further... huh? What's the point of the waitlist? As an aside, my son has a disability and we had been going to this store for a while because the female stylists were good with him. This crew was rude and didn't care. Not going back.

The app said there was a 25 minute wait and I ended up waiting around an hour and 15 minutes. There were only two people working and at one point nobody was out front to greet incoming customers.

The service was amazing. I stubbled upon Sports Clips firstly because of the hours. It was after 7pm and everywhere else was closed. As soon as I arrived, I noticed how it is definitely decorated for men with the sport aesthetic, yet as a female, I wasn't too concerned because of the current hair style I rock. The left side of my head is shaved down to a 1 with a side-swept bang that's the end result of having a large portion of my head shaved due to 2 surgeries on my skull. Now that I am done with my treatment and recovery, this is actually the first time my hair has looked like a deliberate, chosen hair style in over a year and a half. The one girl was precise and methodical with the clippers, and she also had the humility and decency to ask her co-worker for assistance in trimming up my split ends, adding in more layers, and blending in my multiple levels of regrowth (and my own inept attempts to trim my bang area) because it wasn't something she was exceptionally confident (and I assume experienced) doing. I have had many hair cuts in my life time, but that's the first time I have had a stylist shamelessly ask another stylist to assist in the name of making sure I was happy and got what I wanted. They both made extra sure that they understood what I wanted and accomplished it. This is where I intend to have my hair done loyally in the future. They won my business no ifs, ands, or buts about it. I can't speak for the company as a whole, but they've got at least two very considerate and sweet young women working at this location.Next time I see them, I'll be sure to snap a pic of my fresh cut immediately after it's done and post it here.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews regularly however, I don’t want anyone to waste money or have the experience I had. Went to get a simple fade and left with lines all over my head. Had to pay another shop to fix it, it was so terrible. She also cut my ear in the process and laughed it off. “Oops sorry about that” and laughed. I do not recommend this shop.

I sent my uncle up to get a haircut he's getting older so he gets confused and they took advantage of that I'm truly disappointed because we live right by them and we all use to go there and they do great work but charged him 18 dollars in cash then took 34 off my card !!! For a haircut and no receipt and I've been trying since the 1st to get my money back it's insane so sadly we won't be going back !
