I've worked with many vendors and Schools In is top notch. Shelby keeps you up to date from quote to delivery. You never have to wonder what your order status is because she is keeping you in the loop every step of the way. I always recommend Schools In because of their timely service and quality items.

We were so excited to receive our two taxi bikes for our preschool program and so sad when one bike arrived damaged. The service we received when I called to replace the damaged bike was quick and we are now awaiting the shipment of our replacement bike. The children are already enjoying the other bike (which arrived undamaged).

I Don’t normally do online reviews but I felt this one was well deserved.Shelby Hoyng was awesome to work with on this particular project. She was very polite, and informative. We were looking for middle school size desks and I started an online chat with Shelby, I told her what we were looking for and mentioned that shipping times would be a factor. She sent me 3 different quotes from 3 manufactures and contacted them for shipping time estimates. I also had to call her on a couple of occasions for a little more information and clarification mainly on my part and she was ready to help out however she could so that we could make our decision. The process from start to the day I sent her the PO# was approx. 12 days, 3 of those days were me waiting to get the PO#. I would have to say Shelby was on top of her game on this one. I very much appreciated her expertise and willingness to work with us on this.Shelby will be my go-to person on the next project. Thank you, Shelby, for helping us move forward that quickly and if the manufacturer holds true to his shipping estimate we will have desks in these classrooms before school start in august.

The website was easy to use. I was able to chat with a live person. I then was able to get a better quote and talked with them directly to make a payment and get the receipt quickly.

Gabe got back to me right away with a quote. He was respectful and considerate when I placed my order. He also told me to call him on his direct line if I had any questions. It was a very pleasant experience.

Shelby was awesome. She returned my of calls in a timely manner with instructions that I needed to send her as a new customer. She was kind, courtesy and very helpful. She researched an item that your company does not sell, but she was able to offer me alternatives which I appreciated. I had a questions about the feeding table so I called them. I talked with Tim, and he was able to not only answer my question but also take my order over the phone and offer a small discount over the online price. The table arrived quickly and is exactly what we needed for our 1-year-old room at the daycare.
