Prosource staff are amazing! Any time I call for service they are prompt and courteous. Bob and Jeff are amazing! Jeff drove from Blue Ash to our company which is a 2 1/2 hour drive to fix our copier the next day! Way to go PS!

Long term ProSource customer - didn't work out. Getting an attorney to get out of my lease because they ignored my request to terminate the lease and it renewed. Don't do business with these people!

.Our small office had been using Infitech as our IT support firm for quite a while. These folks were absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately Infitech was purchased by Prosource in early 2013 and since then our experience has been dreadful. I thought it was perhaps because we were a small office and Prosource has many larger customers. However I've learned from two other businesses (much larger than mine) that they too are very disappointed. It seems that Prosource's service and support has deteriorated substantially in the last two years. If you need an IT firm for your business I suggest you look elsewhere
