“Our third time using Leaders; this time to move my mother from one apartment to another across town. Ken and Marco showed up on time, polite, professional, took their time wrapping and protecting everything; called out damage on a piece of furniture before they moved it to let us know it was pre-move, and in the end when they had to carry the furniture a good distance into the apartment and down a level complained zero. Good guys and a good move.”

“I don't think I have ever been happier with a Storage Facility. I moved in a couple months ago after my dissatisfaction at another storage facility. I must say this facility is absolutely amazing! First: The ease of the website, I have no issues what-so-ever when accessing the online portal. Second: The facility is absolutely one of the cleanest that I have ever seen. It even smells clean. No debris, no disgusting bathrooms. Non-working gates or doors. Just functional. Third: The price! The prices of the units is amazing! Lastly, Callie is an absolute gem. Zero stars. DON'T TRUST THE QUOTE! Bait and switch. Received a moving quote for $700. Then they added a bunch of fees and increased the rental price to over $1,000 total. Called and was passed around to multiple supervisors.”
