“I had some multiple issues with my phone and came to the Milford Riverside store twice with it. The second visit I was helped by Ashley who spoke to two separate dept's to see if the problem was covered by warranty or insurance. In house, she conferred with a supervisor and the problem seemed chronic. She's had the phone replaced for me

Though it was his first week, he was very knowledgeable about how to help me! We were a great team trying to troubleshoot how to submit an unlock request. Though we were not able to get the unlock request submitted (due to technical issues with AT&T’s website) I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. Ian was awesome! “They are kind to senior citizens, will help you with a written note if you are disabled, great with answering questions about your cellphones accessories and carrier service. Parking lot always has spaces. Heavily populated African America area yet you will see this location is in a thriving strip mall with plenty options and food, please people of all backgrounds come here, there is nothing to fear regardless of rumors of the neighborhood. This location has lots of customers and the employees are diversed nationalities and fluent in other languages. You may see people standing around for the store is small inside, very small, fear not and wait in your car, the patrons are nice people just say I'm waiting in my car, I'm behind that or this person, in most cases they will respect that you are next, but no one will wait for you concerning customers patrons so do your best to get back in line to enter store or come back on another day. ?”
