“Doug helped fit me for new ski boots. I am 67 and have arthritis. The store was very busy yet he took his time to explain in detail what type of boot may work and what he can do with my current boots in the meantime that are too big. I bought boots that open from the back that makes them much easier to put on. Doug is helping me with a binding issue as the new boots require different bindings than what I have. All this to say, that he went 'above and beyond' in helping me. Thank you, Doug.”
“Decent styles for taller and bulkier guys, as with any big and tall the prices are a bit overboard but the employees are very helpful and genuinely care about making sure you leave the store happy. -1 star just due to prices.”

“I was in the store on the 14th and bought my son's suit for prom. I am so glad that I came here, because the color suit he wanted was 100.00 less than the 1st place to which we had gone. I was able to get a suit, shirt, bow tie accessories and cuff links and alterations for less than the price of the suit at the 1st place. Les and Betty were so friendly and helpful.
I returned to the store on the 25th to pick up his suit after alterations and Jeanette rang us out. She was pleasant and helpful as well.”

I've worked in retail for 10 years, and trust me, these are the good guys—they will ensure you leave with precisely what you want, not with what you didn't need. “A store with excellent choices apparel for men and women. It is unfortunately going out of business but they have a 40% sale along between now and the end of December 2025 so it is an excellent time to shop at Orvis in Kenwood.”

She gave her a tiny bottle of sample perfume in a small Sephora bag. It absolutely made my little girl's day.”
