Incredibly rude and no compassion or understanding. My wife and I stopped by thinking they could help with emergency food (groceries). The racist woman at the front was completely no help and just kept shouting United Way and condescended down to us because we fell on hard times. Matthew 25 are not Christian or helping in any way shape or form. Complete waste of time and space. There are better ministries out there to seek help.

They make the entire process seamless. They are welcoming and genuinely thankful for your help. I’ve volunteered here over the last several years and it is apparent that continuous improvement is a part of their culture.

Your convoy that just came through Lexington KY about 10:30 am on 9-14-23, NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO DRIVE. 3 times they were so desperate to get behind the vehicle in front of them in your convoy when there wasn't room that I basically locked up my breaks to keep from hitting them.hitting them.

Nice place where I went there stop by and drop off the clothes shoes for donation. Poorest people of adults, children need a clothes.

This is the donation place. They have 2 big warehouses. I delivered here full truck of Paper towels from P&G. Staff is very polite and unload was quick.

Fantastic non-profit organisation. Very impressed by the number of service opportunities available for all ages. Apparently the public school system hete requires students to complete service hours so there are many upper elementary through high school students who help with projects, along with families, retirees and in our case, we joined up with a company work group of volunteers. Appreciated the registration and ID badge process which insures volunteer safety too. Recently received a very nice thank you post card as well. Next time I'm the area, I will volunteer again!

My son and I love volunteering here. All of the staff are thankful for our time and very patient as we ask questions about our tasks. We have sorted medical supplies, clothing donations and most recently, went through paint donations. Plan on volunteering again soon.
